What is Rewards in a Flash?

Rewards in a Flash is offered by Flash Foods as a “thank you” to our loyal customers. Each time you use your Rewards in a Flash card you are eligible for numerous rewards and discounts. Everyday rewards include:

How can I signup?

Visit any of our 167 locations in Georgia and North Florida to join and receive your Rewards in a Flash card. Your membership is activated immediately so that you can start taking advantage of everything your Rewards in a Flash membership has to offer.

Customers can choose a 10 digit Alternate ID number to use in the event they do not have their card at the time of purchase. Customers can also download our Flash Foods mobile app to store their Rewards in a Flash card. Our mobile app is available in the Apple and Google App Stores.

How much does a Rewards in a Flash card cost?

Nothing! It’s absolutely FREE!

When do I use my Rewards in a Flash card?

You should use your Rewards in a Flash card with every purchase you make inside Flash Foods. Your card will be scanned by a store employee before you are given a “total due” amount. By scanning your Rewards in a Flash card, you are receiving 2% Cash Back on your inside food and merchandise purchase. You can redeem the FLASH CASH (2% Cash Back) you have accrued with previous purchases or wait until a future purchase.

Customers can also use their 10 digit Alternate ID number associated with their Rewards in a Flash membership or their Flash Foods Mobile App stored loyalty card for all purchases.

How do I know if I received a Reward or Discount?

An audio file will play stating “It’s a Rewards in a Flash, check your receipt.” Your clerk should then print a receipt for your purchase. Your receipt will list your reward showing your total discount on a separate line.

What is the difference between a Reward and a Discount?

A reward is given in the form of an instant discount at the time of purchase for monthly featured promotions, including beverage clubs. FLASH CASH is accrued by receiving 2% Cash Back when purchasing food and merchandise. Customer must request redemption of FLASH CASH inside a Flash Foods store.

What is FLASH CASH and how do I earn it?

FLASH CASH is an accrual of the 2% Cash Back you receive when you purchase food and merchandise inside Flash Foods. Your Rewards in a Flash card will store the 2% Cash Back accrued until you decide you want to spend the savings.

How will I know how much FLASH CASH I have accrued to spend?

Your Flash Foods receipt will list your FLASH CASH account balance after each purchase. Click here to register your card to view your FLASH CASH.

How do I redeem my FLASH CASH?

At the point of purchase the store employee will ask you if you would like to redeem your FLASH CASH. Customers can use their Rewards in a Flash card, Flash Foods Mobile App, or Alternate ID number along with their 4-digit PIN associated with their membership to redeem FLASH CASH. The 4-digit PIN feature was added in 2015 for security purposes. The total balance of your FLASH CASH account will be deducted from your total transaction.

What if my transaction total is less than my FLASH CASH account balance?

If your transaction total is less than your FLASH CASH account balance, the account balance will remain in your Rewards Account until you would like to use it.

Can I redeem my FLASH CASH at the pump for a fuel purchase?

No. But you can use your Rewards in a Flash card inside and redeem your FLASH CASH toward a fuel purchase.

Does the FLASH CASH I accrue expire?

Only after an account has been inactive for 6 months.

Are Tobacco and Alcohol purchases eligible for the 2% Cash Back accrual?

Yes, you will receive 2% Cash Back each time you purchase a tobacco or alcohol product.

What products are Not Eligible for 2% Cash Back accrual?

The only items that are not eligible at this time are Fuel, Beverage Club Products, Money Orders, Gift Certificates, Prepaid Financial Cards, Lotto and Lottery purchases.

What items are not eligible for FLASH CASH redemption?

Alcoholic Beverages, Money Orders, Gift Cards, and Prepaid Products are not eligible.

How do the Beverage Clubs work?

You will receive a discount for your FREE drink after you purchase 10 of any like beverage items. Refills are included on coffee and fountain products only.

Do my Beverage Club purchases expire?

Yes. Only after an account has been inactive for 6 months.

What can I do if I forgot my card?

Customers can use their 10 digit Alternate ID associated with their Rewards in a Flash membership.

Can two different Rewards in a Flash cards be used in one transaction?

No. Rewards are accrued on an individual member basis. Each person must use their own Rewards in a Flash card to receive program benefits.

What do I do if I lose my Rewards in a Flash card or it has been damaged?

2 Options are available:
Option 1 – Visit any location to get a replacement card. Use our Paperless Registration to quickly receive a new card. All of your account information will be transferred to your new card.
Option 2 – Contact Flash Foods 24 hour Help Desk at 1-877-362-0959, Option 1 to request a replacement card.
