INSTRUCTIONS:
Enter the 18 digit number that is printed on the back of your Rewards in a
Flash card. To signup using your Rewards in a Flash Keyfob, please
enter "501486" followed by the 12 digit number shown on the back. Choose a username and password. Please see password notes below for important information about selecting
a password. Enter
your email address and create a security question and answer that only you would
know. After filling all fields, click the
"Create User" button. Click the "Cancel" button to reset the form. |

If any of the fields are entered
incorectly, you will see a message on the form explaing the problem. Review the
information you entered, make the necessary changes, and click the "Create User"
button again.
Password Note: To help protect your account information, passwords
must be at least 7 characters long, and contain at least one non-alphanumeric character.
Non-alphanumeric characters include ~!@#$%^&*()+=?;:.
Examples of secure passwords include "p@ssw0rd" or "Letme!n". |
