What is Rewards in
a Flash?
Rewards in a Flash is offered by Flash Foods as a "thank you" to our customers for
fuel and merchandise purchases. Each time you use your Rewards in a Flash card you
are eligible for numerous rewards and discounts. Everyday rewards include:
- 2 cents Off Fuel (per
gallon) - Must pay inside
- Not valid at Pay at the Pump
- 1% Cash Back - Instant reward
of 50 cents after $50 spent

How can I signup?
Our new paperless registration allows you to join our customer loyalty program without
having to take the time to fill out a paper application, then wait for the application
to be sent to our home office for processing. Now, with a simple scan of your license,
you are an instant member.
Registration is fast, free and easy! Just visit any of our 180 locations in Georgia and North Florida to join. Your membership is activated immediately so that you
can start taking advantage of everything your Rewards in a Flash Membership has
to offer.
*Some locations do not offer paperless registration. Locations
include stores with manual fuel pumps, Chevron and Shell branded locations.
When do I use my "Rewards in a Flash" card?
You should use your Rewards card with every purchase you make inside Flash Foods.
Your card will be scanned by a store employee before you are given a "total due"
amount. If you are eligible for a discount or reward at this time, it will automatically
be applied to your total purchase price.

How do I know if I received a Reward or Discount?
An audio file will play stating "It's a Reward in a Flash, Check your receipt."
Your clerk should then print a receipt for your purchase. Your receipt will list
your Reward or Discount on a separate line.

What is the difference between a Discount and a
Reward?
Discounts are applied at the time of purchase for fuel and monthly featured promotions.
Rewards are applied to your purchase total once you have purchased enough to receive
it. Example: Spent $50, received 50 cents off next purchase. Purchased 10 coffees
and receive a FREE coffee.

Are Cigarettes and Tobacco product purchases eligible
for points accrual?
YES, these customers typically receive a .50 cent reward with every 2nd carton purchase.

What products are Not Eligible for points accrual?
The only items that are not eligible at this time are Diesel, Kerosene, Money Orders,
Gift Certificates and Lottery purchases.

What do I do if I forgot my card?
Unfortunately, you must present your card at the time of purchase to receive discounts
or to collect points for a future reward.

What do I do if I lose my "Rewards" card or it
has been damaged?
2 Options are available...
Option 1 - Visit any location to get a replacement card. Use our
Paperless Registration to quickly get signed up. Call our 24 hour Helpdesk at 1-877-362-0959,
Option 1, with your old card number and your new card number to transfer any points
you have accrued.
Option 2 -
Complete a new application at any Flash Foods location. Check the "Change of Status"
box at the bottom of the application. A store employee must write your old card
number on the new application and apply a decal stating your new card number. Once
we receive your new card number at our Corporate office, all of your information
will be transferred to your new card number. You will not lose any points that you
have accrued. If you do not know your old card number, a name search will be done
in efforts to transfer your personal information, transaction history and points/credits
earned. You can also visit our website or call our 24 hour help desk at 1-877-362-0959,
Option 1 to request a replacement card.
Please report a lost or stolen card immediately.

How do I change or update my personal information
- name or address?
2 Options are available...
Option 1 - Visit any location with Paperless Registration. They
will scan your loyalty card and license to update your name and/or address change.
If your license is not updated, or you do not have a Flash Foods near you that offers
Paperless Registration, see Option 2.
Option 2 -
Complete a new application at any Flash Foods location. Check the "Change of Status"
box at the bottom of the application. Make sure you write your 18 digit card number
on the appplication. Example of 18 digit number: 501486800001234567.

Can I come inside to get a discount for Fuel that
was paid for at the pump?
Unfortunately, you cannot. The Rewards card can only be scanned through our registers
and not at the pumps. You must pay inside to receive your discounts. For information
