A: “Rewards in a Flash” is offered by Flash Foods as a "thank you" to our loyal customers. Each time you use your Rewards in a Flash card you are eligible for numerous rewards and discounts. Everyday rewards include:

A: Our new paperless registration allows you to join our customer loyalty program without having to take the time to fill out a paper application and wait for the application to be sent to our home office for processing. Q: How much does a Rewards in a Flash card cost?
A: Nothing it’s absolutely FREE

Q: When do I use my Rewards in a Flash card?
A: You should use your Rewards in a Flash card with every purchase you make inside Flash Foods. Your card will be scanned by a store employee before you are given a "total due" amount. By scanning your Rewards in a Flash card, you are receiving 2% Cash Back on your inside food and merchandise purchase. You can redeem the FLASH CASH you have accrued with previous purchases or wait until a future purchase.

Q: How do I know if I received a Reward?
A: An audio file will play stating "It's a Rewards in a Flash, check your receipt." Your clerk should then print a receipt for your purchase. Your receipt will list your reward showing your total discount on a separate line.

Q: What is the difference between a Reward and FLASH CASH?
A: A reward is given in the form of an instant discount at the time of purchase for monthly featured promotions, including beverage clubs. Flash Cash is accrued by receiving 2% CASH BACK when purchasing inside merchandise. Customer must request redemption of FLASH CASH inside a Flash Foods store.

Q: What is FLASH CASH and how do I earn it?
A: FLASH CASH is an accrual of the 2% CASH BACK you receive when you purchase food and merchandise inside Flash Foods. Your Rewards in a Flash card will store the 2% CASH BACK accrued until you decide you want to spend the savings and on any item you choose. FLASH CASH accrued in one purchase cannot be redeemed until your next purchase.

Q: How will I know how much FLASH CASH I have accrued to spend?
A: Your Flash Foods receipt will list your FLASH CASH account balance after each purchase. You can also visit
www.flashfoods.com. and create an account (or register your card) to view your accrued FLASH CASH.

Q: How do I redeem my FLASH CASH?
A: At the point of purchase the store employee will ask you, “If you would like to Redeem your FLASH CASH.” Once they scan your loyalty card for the FLASH CASH redemption the total amount in your FLASH CASH account will be deducted from your total transaction.

Q: What if my transaction total is less than my FLASH CASH account balance?
A: If your transaction total is less than your FLASH CASH account balance, the account balance will remain in your Rewards Account until you would like to use it.

Q: Can I use my key tag to redeem my FLASH CASH?
A: NO. Your Rewards in a Flash card must be swiped for FLASH CASH redemption. Our Rewards key tags do not have the magnetic strip needed for this process.

Q: Can I redeem my FLASH CASH at the pump for a fuel purchase?
A: No. But you can use your Rewards in a Flash card inside and redeem your FLASH CASH toward a fuel purchase.

Q: Does the FLASH CASH I accrue expire?
A: YES. Only after an account has been inactive for 6 months.

Q: Are Tobacco and Alcohol purchases eligible for the 2% CASH BACK accrual?
A: YES, you will receive 2% CASH BACK each time you purchase a tobacco or alcohol product.

Q: What products are Not Eligible for 2% CASH BACK accrual?
A: The only items that are not eligible at this time are Fuel, Money Orders, Gift Certificates, Prepaid Phone Cards and Lottery purchases.

Q: What items are not eligible for FLASH CASH redemption?
A: Alcoholic Beverages are not eligible.

Q: How do the Beverage Clubs work?
A: You will receive a discount for your FREE drink after you purchase 10 of any like beverage items. Refills are included on coffee and fountain products only.

Q: Do my Beverage Club purchases expire?
A: YES. Only after an account has been inactive for 6 months.

Q: What can I do if I forgot my card?
A: Unfortunately, you must present your personal Rewards In A Flash card at the time of purchase to receive discounts or to accrue the 2% CASH BACK.

Q: Can two different Rewards in a Flash cards be used in one transaction?
A: No. Rewards are accrued on an individual member basis. Each person must use their own Rewards in a Flash card to receive program benefits.

Q: What do I do if I lose my Rewards in a Flash card or it has been damaged?
A: 2 Options are available:
Option 1 - Visit any location to get a replacement card. Use our Paperless Registration to quickly get signed up. Call our 24 hour Helpdesk at 1-877-362-0959, Option 1, with your old card number and your new card number to transfer all of your account information.
Option 2 - Complete a new application at any Flash Foods location. Check the "Change of Status" box at the bottom of the application. A store employee must write your old card number on the new application and apply the card number decal located on the back of your new card to the application. Once we receive your new card number at our Corporate office, all current account information will be transferred to your new card number. If you do not know your old card number, a name search will be done in efforts to transfer your account information. You can also visit our website

Q: How do I change or update my Rewards In A Flash account information including name and address?
A: 3 Options are available: Option 1 - Visit any location with Paperless Registration. They will scan your loyalty card and license to update your name and/or address change. If your license is not updated, or you do not have a Flash Foods near you that offers Paperless Registration, see Option 2. Option 2 - Complete a new application at any Flash Foods location. Check the "Change of Status" box at the bottom of the application. Make sure you write your 18 digit card number on the application. Example of 18 digit number: 501486800001234567.
